A couple of things:
1. I am not quite sure why I have taken to calling her Ladybird, but I have - yup, I'm weird.
2.I borrowed this bump update questionnaire from my friend, Ashley (who is also having a baby this November!)
3. Yes it is blazing hot and in the 100's, but my work keeps the air so cool that I have to wear a jacket inside - crazy! Then I walk outside and immediately faint!
4. Yes this is another picture of me in the work washroom - its the only time I have to myself :)
How far along? 21 weeks, and I am starting to feel a little bit more energized - maybe its just because its summer and there is so much fun stuff going on!
Maternity clothes? Well of course! I was lent a giant stack of maternity dresses and skirts and tops and pants from a good friend, so I pretty much live in her clothes (just like high school!) Except that I still rock my running shorts every evening, because their waist is nice and loose and does not completely encapsulate my belly! Also, I am moving on to my hunny's t-shirts, mine are becoming snug and its too hot for snug.
Sleep? Fall asleep easy, wake up easy and when I wake up, I'm up!
Foods I am loving/hating? Pretty much loving all foods - been having salsa cravings a lot lately.
Best moment this week? Finding out our babies gender and then getting together with our families for a fantastic day at the beach for our gender reveal party!
Movement? Oh yea, this Ladybird seems just as active as her brother - does that mean that we are in for another wild one?
Symptoms? Still get exhausted really easily. Feel large and awkward already, but no other symptoms to mention.
Gender? I am slowly trying to prepare B for all of the ruffles and frill that are about to hit our house because, its a Lady!
What I miss? Beer, wine, bacon, sushi (all things I really didn't consume a lot of not pregnant but want so much more because I am not allowed!) - Also I really, really miss real 2 piece swimming suits!
What I'm looking forward to? Sort of just enjoying the next month or so before I get REALLY big and lose all of my energy again! Redoing our nursery and picking out names (though that is proving to be more challenging - why doesn't B just like the names that I like?)
Emotions? I have a weird set of emotions with finding out this gender. I am ecstatic to have a sweet little girl, but a little sad to not be giving Xander a little brother (right now).

Somehow I missed the announcement I think! Congratulations! You look wonderful and I am so excited for your new baby GIRL! :)
